One of Vermont's oldest inns, the Kedron Valley Inn has welcomed visitors to South Woodstock, VT, for more than 185 years. In every season, it is a restful and beautiful place.

The Inn, located just five miles south of Woodstock in the foothills of the Green Mountains, has appeared season after season in the famous Anheuser-Busch holiday card on television.

Lounge around our 2 acre spring-fed pond with two white sand beaches, take a stroll down one of many winding roads, or explore our hillsides on horseback. At the end of the day enjoy dinner served by our pleasant and courteous staff.

Our restaurant is tied for top honors in all of Vermont. Dine in the tavern or at intimate, private, candlelit tables with large airy windows and two fireplaces. Our menu changes seasonally.

The Woodstock area abounds with winter activities. Surrounded by four downhill ski resorts, two cross-country nordic centers, snowshoeing, sledding and ice-skating. Spend a leisurely day exploring the shops, galleries and restaurants of the Village of Woodstock voted "prettiest small town in America". With underground utilities and restored historic houses it is considered a "museum" quality town.

We are well suited to accommodate large wedding parties, corporate retreats,
banquets and other large or small gatherings.

Within walking distance is Kedron Valley Stables, a 30-horse stable with all levels of mounts to suit all levels of riders.
