ABOUT US…
We were both raised in the hotel business, met and were married while working at The Plaza Hotel in New York City. We continued our hotel careers working at The Williamsburg Inn while Tom later managed two properties in Arizona, The Old Tavern in Grafton and the Woodstock Inn and Resort, both in Vermont. After eight years as manager of the Woodstock Inn, Tom developed List & Associates, a hospitality consulting company specializing in resort and restaurant service training and mystery shopping. Prior to starting our family, Cindy's hotel experience was in personnel, sales and operations.
