Things To Do    

Room rates include breakfast daily and use of the Inn's two-acre swimming pond in season. Not included is a 9% Vermont state tax. Additional person charge is $30 per person per night. Room 30 charges for additional person after 4 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 5. No additional charge for children 12 and under in the same room as parents.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

A deposit equal to 50% of your total stay or 100% for single night stays is required to confirm any reservation. Please note your arrival and departure dates carefully. Your deposit will be forfeited if you arrive after the date specified or depart before the final day of your reservation. Deposits will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee, only if cancellations are made two weeks or more in advance of arrival date. Deposits in full may be held for a future stay to be used within six months only if the cancellation is made two-weeks or more prior to the original arrival date. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date you will be responsible for the entire stay.

When situations arrive necessitating your cancellation within the two week limit, we most certainly do sympathize, but we must maintain a business policy. We strongly suggest the purchase of travel insurance to cover you in the event that your plans change unexpectedly.

Pet Policy
The Kedron Valley Inn welcomes guests and well-behaved pets to enjoy the peace and quiet, the atmosphere, and the lovely countryside of our area. In order to provide an enjoyable experience for all of our guests, we ask that you review our pet policies.

Our pet charge is $15.00 per day for each pet. In an effort to protect our rooms and property, we will provide you with a designated pet towel and waste bags.

1. All pets must be up to date with vaccinations, free of ticks and fleas, and well socialized
    with other animals and with other people.
2. Pets are to be under your care at all times. If you leave your pet unattended in the room, you
    will assume financial responsibility for any damage that occurs. A $75 fee will be assessed
    for all complaints of unattended animals causing a disturbance to other guests.
3. All pets will be on a leash and under control when outside.
4. All guests must clean up after their pets. If you need biodegradable bags, we have them at the
    front desk. You may dispose of the waste in our pet waste station to the left of the log lodge or in the dumpster (inside the wooden fence at the left
    of the main house).
5. Any pet "accidents" must be reported to the front desk immediately so that proper cleaning can take place.
6. Pets must be kept off of all furniture, including the bed, chairs and couches. A $100 cleaning penalty
    will be assessed for rooms that require excessive cleaning due to stained bedspreads, etc.
7. Housekeeping service will be provided only if your pet is crated or removed from the room.
8. Pets are not allowed in the tavern or dining room or near the swimming pond. Your pet is
    welcome in our lobby, as well as on the porch, except during dinner service.
9. Pet owners must accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs,
    and expenses associated with your pet's stay with us.
10. In the event that your pet disturbs other guests, or if these pet policies are not adhered to,
    you may be asked to remove the pet from our property.
