Room rates include breakfast daily and use of the Inn's two-acre swimming pond in season. Not included is a 9% Vermont state tax and a $5 service fee, per room, per night to cover wireless internet, breakfast and housekeeping gratuity. Additional person charge is $30 per room per night. Room 30 charges for additional person after 4 guests. No more than 5 in room 30 ever. No additional charge for children 12 and under in the same room as parents.

Pet fee is $15 per pet per stay. Pets are allowed to stay with their owners in The Log Lodge and The Tavern building. Connecting rooms: 18 & 19, 30 & 31, 36 & 37.

We accept cash, Master Card, American Express, Visa, and personal checks with proper identification.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A stay of one or two nights requires a one night deposit. A stay of three nights or more requires a two night deposit. The two night deposit will be applied to the first and last night of the stay. A package reservation requires a deposit equal to the full amount of the package. A cancellation two weeks out or more will be refunded in full, less a $25.00 processing fee. A cancellation inside of two weeks will forfeit the deposit.
