All room rates are double occupancy, include a full country breakfast daily and use of the Inn's two acre swimming pond in season. Rates are subject to 9% Vermont state tax and a $5 per room, per night service fee. A two night minimum is required for weekend stays in season and a three night minimum is required for holidays and foliage. Additional person charge is $30 per room, per night, (excluding suites 30 & 31). Children age 5 and under stay free in same room as parents.

Well behaved pets are welcome in the Log Lodge and Tavern Rooms. Pet fee is $15 per pet, per stay.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to one night's room and tax is required for one or two night stays. A deposit equal to two night's room and tax is required for a stay of three nights or more. The deposit will be applied to the first and last night of your confirmed stay. If you cancel a reservation at least two weeks prior to arrival, we will gladly refund your deposit in full, less a $25 processing fee. A cancellation inside of two weeks will forfeit the deposit.
