Bring The Whole Family To Our Pet Friendly Vermont Hotel
The Kedron Valley Inn is proud to be one of the most historic pet-friendly hotels in southern Vermont.
We welcome well-behaved pets to our adirondack style rooms located in our Log Lodge (Rooms 30-37).
In order to provide an enjoyable experience for all of our guests, we ask that you review our pet policies.
Please notify our front desk in advance of your stay if you are planning to travel with your furry friends. Our pet charge is $20.00 per day for each pet.
PET POLICY
All pets must be up to date with vaccinations, free of ticks and fleas, and well socialized with other animals and with other people.
Pets are to be under your care at all times and are not permitted to be left in rooms unattended. A $200 fee will be assessed for all complaints of unattended animals causing a disturbance to other guests. A list of recommended pet care providers is located in your room.
All pets will be on a leash and under control when outside.
All guests must clean up after their pets. If you need biodegradable bags, we have them at the front desk. You may dispose of the waste in our pet waste station to the left of the log lodge or in the dumpster (inside the wooden fence at the left of the main house).
Any pet "accidents" must be reported to the front desk immediately so that proper cleaning can take place.
Pets must be kept off of all furniture, including the bed, chairs and couches. A $100 cleaning penalty will be assessed for rooms that require excessive cleaning due to stained bedspreads, etc.
Housekeeping service will be provided only if your pet is crated or removed from the room.
Pets are not allowed in the tavern or dining room or near the swimming pond. Your pet is welcome in our lobby, as well as on the porch, except during dinner service.
Pet owners must accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs, and expenses associated with your pet's stay with us.
In the event that your pet disturbs other guests, or if these pet policies are not adhered to, you may be asked to remove the pet from our property
A $300 fee will be assessed if pets are to be found in our non-pet friendly rooms. The Inn reserves the right to cancel your stay without a refund in the event that a pet friendly room is not available.
